BTW buz, this was an amateur mistake, as someone has already pointed out. Tom might make a good COO but he's not CEO caliber. Jim and Steve simply have to go.
I hope the BOD asks a lot of very pointed questions about such a public fiasco. And another btw- where were they in the decision to hold the cc in the first place, and then the decision to cancel it????
