PBLS, I have a buy order set for .026. I'm taking a chance that this is being held down for mm accumulation, although the strange behavior of the stock is hard to diagnose. I initially thought it could be dilution, but their pr's and overall philosophy seem to contradict this notion. If they were diluting, it would be a deliberate attempt to deceive their investors and would destroy future trust. I pretty sure this sideways movement is a balanced combination of buying and selling with some artificial downticks. Who really knows though...GLTY.
