So the Warrant Holders exercised at .94 and broke even? As far as the ATM excluding the 1.2 million share day the volume is dry, no money can be raised to fund operations with loses in the millions (per your math). Unless you believe that Wave found investors to pay 10% over market on that one day. That would make SKS one hell of a salesman. Get ready for Q4 to come in at a minimum of 10 million.
