F2, there have been many conference calls by many different companies in which meaningful, positive news has not been presented (LWLG included, in spades..)The circumstances point to this being a simple, uneventful update call. The fact that it was scheduled weeks in advance (i.e. no impending news since public disclosure would have been necessary), and on a Friday late afternoon before a long weekend to boot -- the smart money would bet on more of the same (testing continuing, LSS still interested, blah blah blah).

In Tom's favor though, he's damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. If he doesn't, folks clamor that the company is dropping the ball regarding the promise to keep investors updated. If he does (as he is on Friday), folks inflate expectations by assuming that, by definition, since a call is being scheduled, there must be something "bigger" than the stated purpose of simply keeping investors updated.
