so they can secure capital to grow their business, yes?
OPHI had already been diluting slowly for cash flow.
and at the time, we were discussing that trickle dilution on this board, with the general consensus that such dilution was fine, as long as they could continue to grow revenues and reach profitability within a couple years.
unfort, Alan evidently got seduced by the devil (Asher) which led to forced dilution that supplied the company with no stock sale income.
per above, imo, Asher was as necessary as a 5-year-old accidentally shooting himself with his father's handgun.
re: grow stacker, that product never really sparked my interest.
my interest was the organic fertilizer biz, esp given the rave reviews about the products and Billy's personality and growing media celebrity.
the bed bug product also seemed potentially interesting, assuming it really worked and was non-toxic.
99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
