watts is absolutely right. Insiders are trying to buy this stock at .05 cents a share at the cost of investors like us. They know the price will rally back to 10 cents after a few announcements. Watch insiders will load up on this stock after dilution. That is why there is a possible law suit against board members for fiduciary duty. Steipp already said that they want to issue more stock to protect against a take over. He also stated that they want to issue more stocks to give to the employees and attract more talent. I'm sure the top brass will slip a few million shares in their pockets at the same time. Just my opinion
