Why No Move North?

I begin with a few assumptions, naive as they may be: 1) Though PBLS is pink, management is nonetheless prohibited from out and out lying to investors, hence, there is no PBLS-caused dilution, 2) Any investor, even one in since sub-penny days, would rather sell at higher price if possible, 3) MM's wanting to cover old short positions of course want to cover at the lowest price possible, but, still, they must be buying from someone willing to sell massive amounts of shares at these levels, and MOST IMPORTANT, 4) Though unaudited, and with temporarily gagged TA, fundamentals appear unbelieveably good.

That being said, WHO IS SELLING? And more importantly WHY? The only answer that makes sense to me is that MM's are naked shorting. But if part of their problem goes back to being caught by last runup, why would they create another similar problem? And with PBLS buying shares and demanding cert's, and with our moving to another exchange, it would seem the MM's would be more "under the radar" and less "in your face" with the massive (I believe naked) shorting.

I'd be interested in anyone else's take. This is turning into one of the strangest trading situations I've ever witnessed. A stock that could easily trade around a couple of dollars being sold in massive amounts at the sub 3 penny range. And that for day after day and positve pr after positive pr.

And don't say we don't have enough information. We all know of penny's and pinks with NO information, just mindless, substance-less, factless hype trading at much higher levels than deserved.

I'm long. I'm staying that way. But I'm more than a little bit confused.
