MoMo, there is ZERO possibility that Michael Davies was killed in the shootout in Mexico.

NO CONFIRMATION MICHAEL DAVIES IS DEAD BUD!!! THERE IS ONLY A HIGH POSSIBILITY IT MAY BE HIM BUT HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED YET!!!!

First, all of those killed have been identified - so as usual you got busted once again!

I checked the Dallas papers and there wasn't anything about Michael Davies being missing or gunned down by Mexican pistoleros. Just another very unusual happening posted by MoMo.

But, then today it seems that the gunmen have been arrested (shortly after it happened):

Mexican police arrested eight men on Tuesday (January 29) suspected of being involved in the killing of a Jalisco police chief shot dead by an armed group and for taking part in recent shootouts, amid a surge in drug-war violence close to Guadalajara City in Mexico's western state of Jalisco.

According to local media, the police chief of Hostotipaquillo, Luis Lucio Rosales Astorga, was murdered at 09:00am local time (1500 GMT) on Tuesday when unknown hitmen intercepted the patrol vehicle he was travelling in, along with his wife and two bodyguards.

One of Rosales Astorga's bodyguards and one of his attackers also died. His wife and the other bodyguard were seriously injured and taken to hospital.

The eight suspects - aged from 22 to 32 years-of-age - were detained in possession of weapons close to the scene of the crime in a quick police operation later on Tuesday.

Oh, if the Phantom was dressed as Luis Lucio Rosales Astorga's wife, his bodyguard or he was one of the gunmen.

Looks like it is back to the drawing board to come up with a new story line.
