revlis, this InterDigital investor does not like what you claim to have done. Not sure if that bolded statement in your post copied below is just a misguided attempt to claim credit for something, or if you really are another trouble maker. Makes no difference IMO. Sharing ideas about an investment opportunity with folks who take irresponsible risks that could cause harm to that investment is a BAD idea.

These boards are supposed to be about collaboration in the analysis of investment opportunities, but there are always folks who choose to make trouble. Well, hotshot, I for one do not want to have anything to do with folks like that. Sharing ideas and information to make buy, hold, or sell decisions is one thing. Sharing ideas and information with folks who will use information to make trouble for a company with the other shareholders, the press, the SEC, or the institutional investors is something else altogether. I own some InterDigital shares, and until I decide to sell those shares any problems you make for InterDigital are MY problems as well. Understand what I'm saying?

"I hate to rain on anybody's parade and bring up old news, but I will. The revision in revenue for 2002 is in contrast to what happened last year for 2001 when no revision was done. corpgold criticized the decision and I agreed with it at the time so much so that I complained to the SEC. But the past is past, and if this revision indicates a new attitude by management, then I applaud it. And if the new auditors were the catalyst behind the revision, then I applaud them also. As laranger said, we will see what PWC will do with Ericy, and the necessary disclosures."
