Where did you find info regarding Xian Jiantong University's financial interest in Jump Technology? and doesn't this say that Hartcourt acquired Shenzhen's interest in Jump?...

(OTC BB:HRCT.OB - News) (Frankfurt:900009.F - News), today announced it has entered into a preliminary agreement with Shenzhen Capital Group to acquire its equity interest in Jump Technology, a provider of network security solutions in China.

Do you have a website for Jump Technology Equity? I see one for Jump Technology Services but they are a different company...Right? Thanks
