Actually there's PS3 controllers for the PC too. They all have USB plugs nowadays and some can be used universally. Personally, I wasn't aware of this until now, but it's a fact and just because you saw a certain style of controller being used in the demo doesn't mean that it's on the associated platform. I'd love it if GO was on all the major platforms as well, but unless we hear specifically otherwise from Danny or JW themselves, then I'm gonna have to say that you're jumping to conclusions. JMO of course, but from what I understand this is meant to be a PC game for now.

BTW, I decided to plug in my PS3 controller, while I was typing and as soon as I plugged it in the power came on and it went right to the device installer. You definitely can use them on computers and you don't need a million different configurations. It's called dual stick analog and it's pretty common.
