The TA is NOT gagged. TAs get bombarded by calls and multiple email requests from people seeking to confirm (something that was already confirmed some time prior) and sometimes the TA asks the company to take their business elsewhere . . . so we hired Nuemark.

That said, the O/S is not a secret. It was posted in the year-end financials, and it is lower than that of the 3rd quarter, which means the number of outstanding went down, not up.

The TA will refer you to Nuemark if you wish to confirm, but if you would like, I can undo this convenience (convenient for the TA, not you or the market), and you can confirm the share structure with the Transfer Agent, directly.
