STM, with Wave is repaving the highway...

Putting in tollbooths that have Speedpass lanes...

Somebody is selling cars with speedpasses fixed to the windshield....

WAVX IP is in the tollbooth and the speedpass in cars.

Why are all the cars backed up at the tollbooth?

They haven't activated/deposited funds in their speedpass accounts...

We are all backed up at the tollbooth for a quarter or two.
