Well in the majority of pink cases any r/s of any kind is a disaster
to common shareholders. The only thing which could make this one
different is if they r/s the A/S also, if they did then we might still have
a chance to recover.

Again, If A/S remains at 1 bill then all SHs are officially screwed for good...
