Stick to the facts Janice Shell, there is NO legal title dispute pending/ongoing in any court in Mexico. If you are referring to the frivolous Bandera Gold lawsuit that was filed in 2008 you are out of luck...that one was thrown out of court by the judges in August!!! SRGE has full ownership of Cinco Minas and many other premium mineral concessions in Mexico. This has been confirmed many time by Tatiana Sigler Baca.

SRGE also has Surface Rights Agreement with Cinco Minas Agrarian Community as well as a Lease Agreement for everything on the surface! These documents which where notarized, signed, sealed and filed by a public Mexican Notary have been posted many times here over the last couple of years....I suggest you read them carefully!!!!

Bandera Gold is grasping at straws with this 2 year campaign to TRY to discredit SRGE!!!
FYI: Bandera did not spend a dime at Cinco Minas....its only purpose was to be a front for a huge money laundering scheme that involved many criminal organizations including UN gang and Gaxiola!!!
