The topic of my post was to point out that Newbauer is the only officer/Director, and that there is no "board of directors" because "directors" are officers, to wit, Newbauer would only be leaking information to himself if we are to consider the corollary statement to your "topic"-- "If he shares information with the company's board members/officers that's fine"

The topic of my post is: no one should leak insider information. (period).
