Could be anybody responsible, however, it does give me a thought that desperate people are going to extremes for desperate measures, I think that it does not matter what kind of new developing news MSX puts out, it will always be scrutinized due to JL past track record that abx has put on him, a serial litigator, I believe JL has only put 1 law suit ever and that was barrick, so in desperation abx plays their cards such as if we can damage this guy's credibility, we can then perceive the market that he is just after money, abx has all necessary rights to mine pascua lama? REALLY BARRICK? Show it then just as all the clowns here demand to see JL titles? blah blah blah, I wonder how barrick will respond to the latest MSX pr? nothing yet
