Fearless prediction- When Frizzell and the task force fail to prove a naked short with this fax campaign, Urban and company will blame the shareholders for not participating fully in the proving of a naked short.

This is all about preventing a lawsuit against Urban, and it seems so damn obvious to those not blinded by prospective greed (as I once was).
