The mines commissioner has granted Jorge Lopehandia domain and JRL is in fact staking his titles as he has been granted the rightful owners of the titles and properties in question.

There is a great push to discredit MSX and JRL so MSX defaults on the option agreement. I bet it doesn't work and MSX completes the option agreement, registers MSX as 50%, sues Barrick and completes the option.
