Good luck with that! Will never happen. I am shocked that the board put out the line of equity, even though I truly believe it was a farce. As you notice, minus the initial payment, no other payments have been disclosed/disbursed, not that they are required to anyway. That being said, I do not even think the money is there....was just to address such comments from shareholders. No insider buying is just another of many indicators of the pathetic state of this company.
If they were about to explode and sales were truly ramping in the least, insiders would be scooping up shares hand over fist. They are unloading shares is all that is occurring and the quicker this heads to single digits, the sooner they find less folks that are unaware of the sad state this company is in....
