TO ALL INVESTORS: I am totally confused why MHB, Geo7, and Oceanlow1 are attempting to destroy Seth Shaw, Antonio Treminio and IMUN. They claim they own stock in IMUN. Ask yourself, what motive could they possibly have to destroy these 2 officers? If they are successful in destroying Shaw & Treminio they will be destroying IMUN at the same time. The stock would be priced below .04 cents with no one to run the company. Shareholders should be hoping that the current company officers spend their time wisely and make good acquisitions that will add shareholder value to IMUN.
I ask all shareholders to consider the following possibilities: (MHB, Geo7, & Oceanlow1)
A) These 3 individuals are getting information directly from(Dr. ?)Har-Noy who's past is ONLY a 10 year jail sentence.
compared to Seth Shaw & Antonio Treminio. I cannot find any information that these 2 ever spent 1 day in jail.
B) Could these 3 individuals be SHORT this stock and need to replace these shares soon because they are paying interest on the shares they borrowed.
C) Could they be heavily invested in ITL and stand to loose a great deal of money if ITL is proven to be a FRAUD? What will happen to ITL if IMUN recovers the 4 million dollars that they gave to ITL from IMUN shareholders? Wouldn't there investment in ITL be worth almost nothing?
D) They claim this is a Pump & Dump. The only person who benefited financially from this alleged P & D is Dr. Har-Noy and ITL. They received 4 Million Dollars of the 7 Million raised. Dr. Har-Noy filed the Wrongful Termination Notice to IMUN after IMUN refused to give any more shareholders money without proof of the FDA hold being lifted or at least the posting of the 42 patients that were studied in Carlsbad Calif. trials for peer review in a medical journal. (FOLLOW THE MONEY). WHERE IS OUR 4 MILLION DOLLARS?
I think these 3 should sell all their shares in IMUN.
Remember an empty shell is worth at least $.10 cents a share, because of the financial cost of going Public.
