What's that you say...we cannot get folks to take this worthless paper off our hands at .045, well then lower it to .044, WHAT?! They wont buy it for .044, then lower to .043.....ah to hell with it and shareholders (they are too "snarky" anyways), lower it to whatever we need to, to unload this paper. We need more financing and until we clear this worthless paper, we cant get as favorable conditions. If we can unload all this on the open market, we are free and clear to dilute some more. We can always R/S it and claim it is to achieve another listing...maybe NASDAQ. Yeah, that is the ticket. Either way....get rid of the paper!
