Please disect my post and tell me what I said is wrong. I am certainly entitled to my opinion, and I have had it and stood by it till proven wrong, which would not be the first time I have been wrong. Unless I am reading it wrong Olddog is basically saying the CAFC ruling don't mean a damn thing and its a do over for Nokia now. I think thats a crock and believe the ITC has to accept the CAFC ruling as it stands and declare what the hell needs to be done. Does the Supreme court rule and then send it back to a lower court and say here see if you can over rule us?

The process as far as I understand it has been followed and its nut cutting time at the ITC.
