Jorge has unencumbered title and has been granted domain from Chile's mining commissioner. He stated clearly at the AGM that his unencumbered titles are in the process of having UTM posts erected and as such his titles are listed as in process at Sernageomin.

JRL having been granted domain gives him mining rights to that property, this is why his titles have been accepted for filing within the injuctioned property and why JRL has his name on Tesoro titles.
