Once the BCSC and OSC recognize Barrick has improper filings of title ownership, the BCSC will not force MSX to declair a dispute with titles in their MD&A. BCSC is only siding with the perception Barrick has the required titles and that their 43-101 is correct. We all know Barricks 43-101 is flawed and JRL has been granted domain to the property in question.
