Not really goldfork, after the AGM, I have actually changed my interpretation on Brent and MSX for reasons that Brent spouted out at the AGM
I remember Brent saying publically that he was not surprised that the 2 new directors were voted in from the people in the room, remember, those extra 4 names that were put on the ballot were not able to be voted for via proxy
This leads me to believe that the vote was predetermined before the meeting even started and of the 4 new people, there were only 2 that had the strength to talk about themselves to the room, the 2 that were actually voted in did not even stand up out of their seats to acknowledge the room before or after the votes were counted
Although certainly not illegal I feel Brent pulled the carpet from under his 2 former counterparts basically telling me that Brent seems that it is ok to run the company himself, just wanting to get rid of the two former directors and get a couple friends perhaps to replace them that will probably just rubber stamp everything for Brent to run the company how he wants with no votes per say from his 2 buddies.
You and the rest of this board will perhaps be all over me for this position, however, Brent has been shown new and improved ways of marketing this story and get MSX on the map, however, he continually just dismisses them with the 1970's style of marketing as nobody really cares of any PR's put out to date, that shows in the pps so just think about it before all the nasty responses i am sure to receive
