You do know that Cinco Minas has been suspended as per the Ministry of Economy database and Armando.

Yes Tob, CM is abandoned and has been suspended since 08/16/2012! Kind of tough to be in production with it suspended.

Plus, as you know Minera Cinco Minas filed a complaint against SRGE for trespassing at CM:

It states that the company Minera Cinco Minas, S.A. de C.V. was surprised to see the photos at Cinco Minas with Southridge decals on equipment and trucks plus employees wearing Southridge clothing.

The surprise was that Minera Cinco Minas had not entered into an agreement to sell CM. That's right Minera Cinco Minas had not heard of SRGE until the photos surfaced of SRGE trespassing at CM and staging photos.

Just as suspected SRGE was caught trespassing on the CM property to stage the photo shoot and stealing equipment.

Thus they were seeking damages for the theft by Southridge. Plus, criminal prosecution.

This validates the concession titles which have MINERA CINCO MINAS listed as the owner of the concessions.

So it seems that SRGE has been exposed again for more fraudulent activity.

SRGE is mining anywhere and there is absolutely no proof that they have any mining concessions. I have proven this many times.

All, you have is "I talked to Tatiana..." Again, have her send a email confirming SRGE has the mining concessions.
