Don't know if the debt is convertible, but do know the market cap is very small, and they doubled the output from their wells over the past year. Market cap is basically equal to their assets. Throw in the tax losses, and this thing is a steal.
If they continue with current production levels, they could be making money in the next quarterly filing. Increase with natural gas, and this could explode.
Should have never gone below .02, but glad it did. Looks like .05 will be hard to break. Paint below and above bid/ask remains. IMO, true value is at .044. Should be an interesting week. Doesn't break .05 early, expect this to stay between .03 and .045 until next quarterly report. While there is a large gap between bid/ask, no real shares have traded below .04 for over a week.
What will this week bring? While I'm still adding, I would love to see this break .05 or even .10 this week before the quarterly. If it does, I think we can all guess that the quarterly will hold a nice surprise for us.

All I want is Patience, and I want it NOW!!!!!!!!!
