Bogus article. I don't buy that crap about companies being driven into the ground by naked shorting. Companies that have valid business plans can raise cash regardless of what their valuation is. You can even make a case that the lower the valuation, the easier it is to raise cash because new investors will get a larger percentage of the equity. Even a company like VirTra can continually raise cash from sources like Dutchess as their stock goes into the tank. That's pretty much been proven. Any company that gets driven out of business by short selling has nothing to sell but stock anyway.
