Stop whining. Just because you or your buddy didn't get elected hardly means the vote was rigged. One share one vote. Simple. How do you know who these new board membes are acquainted with ? You don't even know their names or anything else about them. If you want more of a say buy more shares. Put your money where your mouth is. 3mil @ 26cents. Come on step up. You would then have enough shares to demand a chair on the board.
