Now that the majority of the leaseholders are near to being able to sell their shares, if the stock stays where is is it looks like they'll be receiving around 15 cents on the dollar for what they invested.

That deal still amazes me. I remember there was one leaseholder who was owed $250K or so who filed suit, but other than that nothing. I still wonder why they didn't get together and force the company into bankruptcy, where they probably could have gotten most of their money back.
