Why is everyone worried about the minimum? shouldn't you all just be doing as much as possible? I don't get it. THIS IS WHY CPI is failing. Managers feeling like they should not have expectations and have to work. I was a SM and a DM. Should you not all work as hard as possible all day? I know that most SM text, stand and talk on the phone or walk around their host stores during the day. You could not do that at McDonalds. I am tired of this board being aa place to complain about how much work you have. It is a JOB not a favor. Be thankful you even have a job right now. Work hard and spend more time in the studio then on here. Seriously people, you WORK for CPI, so WORK. Yes CPI is not being honest, either go find a new job and let someone else have yours or stop spending time saying how it is so unfair to have to get VIPs and go get some customers. Really people...
