,,,The short answer to that aquafuture is SARBANES/OXLEY,,,,,it is a bloody high bar to jump,,,,,and when Fan worked for Union Bank and China Merchant Group as the CFO,,,,he did not have to clear that high of a bar,,,,,,,,,,,,,he is learning the hard way at shareholder expense,,,,its a tough learning curve,,,,
