Interesting Fidelities New prospectuses came out today I could not find anything on lightwave but that was there for a reason yesterday.
Is a merger on the horizon, well Tom told us at the annual share holders meeting that he was going to work on one. If we merge with a business already selling widgets that has customers our path will be quicker, especially if that partner is familiar with EO widgets and has patents in place awaiting the material.
I agree with F2, Reverse merger to the nasdaq, that would be speculative gibberish. No I think they may talk about a merger less than 20%, hopefully less than 10% of our shares with a private company. They may talk about the LSS. They may talk about a Gvt. Contract. They may talk about the material, white pages or a device they may talk about a lot of things but I don’t think we should make up things and try to explain the various types of merges and they said a private company not a public nasdaq company. I am far from an expert in this area, I’ve participated in a few but I’m not an expert, I’m not aware of any shells on the Nasdaq, they’d be delisted first and end of up the BB but I don’t know why we are even talking about it.
Honestly I think things are going to unfold over the next 3 weeks, keep your eyes open, culminated by the CC that will explain how the company will work going forward. Again though if we nail the Perkinamine for the LSS, I think that a buyout will soon follow that. IMO The $1.03 trade we saw yesterday I saw coming, 5 days over a buck lowest trade of that day, average of 2 or 3 days closing price, blah blah blah. But if we didn’t tap them that certainly would be telling.
Anyone that doesn’t at least take a small position in this company is crazy because the potential is enormous, if you wait until the specifics, IMO it will be at least double. And I do not think we have until the conference call I think we have until shortly after the SPIE conference sinks in, but hey I could be wrong so if you want to wait to be certain feel free. I think that anyone that sells between now and then needs to have their head examined.
I feel like crap, sick so this may not make any sense and there are probably a zillion typos.
How long before we take out that $3.33 number?
