Thanks Zoom. So if Dell has cash as D/G stated (which I agree with) why would they look to our NOLs to fund the buyout? unless they do not want to expose were the cash is held just like General Electric.

If we are going to fund this where does the MicroSoft angle come in. We know that both MicroSoft and Dell's markets are starting to erode why would we fund a plan in degrading market segment?

Again I am not the smartest guy in the room, and I have only been a daytrader for four years but I don't see how this is a prudent use of our resources. As a fresh start up I would rather we take on something a bit more our size. This is like a speed boat pulling a battleship.
