Thanks for that info SilverBars, I am now thinking it would be a GREAT opportunity for ABX to have their statements not only on their website regarding MSX and JL and Pascua along with their phantom PR from roughly 21 Dec 2012 stating that MSX is wrong along with JL and that ABX has all necessary rights to mine Pascua, I call a big BS to that or ABX would have been making money by now roughly 19 years after the ABX/Gong Show Pascua fiasco started

I believe ABX to be out to lunch here for those aforementioned reasons and the fact that ABX has not sued MSX or JL for what is going to take ABX's head off soon at law.

They are DONE at ABX unless of course a Buyout happens and I dont care to hear from everybody that a buyout would be illegal because it is simply NOT, it is a business transaction that is all
