Only if they buy all outstanding and shares in the float right? If the share holders don't get a fair market value for the stock, isn't Dell stuck with a poison pill? And if Silver lake is going to fund the transition would that not exasperate all of the NOLS and and COH thus putting all our eggs in one basket.

I am just trying to get my head around why this would make any sense for us to do. I think we should focus on new business financing and key VC opportunities.
