Are you sure that no individual or group of investors have spoken with legal council ?
Are you sure no legal council has contacted the company ?
Are you sure the company has not satisfied any legal council inquires?
I do see the appointed an Investors Relations Individual
Who has answered questions and offered as accurate information
that he can.
THIS IS NOT AN EASY PROCESS AS RICH HAS POINTED OUT IT IS A PROCESS NO OTHER COMPANY HAS COMPLETED CAPE WOULD BE THE FIRST SUB-PENNY STOCK TO EVER RE-LIST.
