He has to call it something. Right now it is A123 because they have not closed. Would sound a bit odd to state that the future looks good for the assets. I know that sounds odd, but I think it is just a timing thing. He is going to employ A123 workers, and run A123 plants. But, after the close, not A123 any longer.

That is the confusing part.
