IF those documents have not been re-tooled or falsified in anyway, I don't see SRGE listed so where are the updated concession documents showing SRGE as the concession owner? What we see is old information subsequent to SRGE's PR? Doubtful anyone will be able to disprove SRGE's statement that they are the concession owner and what makes SRGE's concession mineral rights ownership even more believable is that the Jan 23 PR is subsequent to the suspension with the SEC involvement. Hard to imagine that SRGE would be lying. An excerpt from the Jan 23 PR as follows:

"The fact remains that Southridge maintains several world-class mining assets in Mexico, notably Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera, that has neither changed nor has it been effected," said Michael Davies, the President and CEO of Southridge Enterprises."
