Thanks brianmontoya. Appreciated. Bottom line it is what it is with SRGE and only time will tell what the pps will do. IMO Board Posts are just that...... Board Posts and do not dictate what the future will be. The Market will determine that and IMO we will see a higher pps even if it is slight. I come from the theory that if one can sell tomorrow and have $100.00 or $500.00 more in their Pocket than last Friday then that is a good thing. Along the way I am not going to negate or get into the ongoing debate here on the Board. The best to you and all.
