V6, OPHI was a penny stock with growing revenues, but still negative earnings, and the burden of toxic debt spiral.

The classification of the new stock, ticker tbd, depends entirely on the financials of Kenactiv.

OPHID just traded at $1.10, giving Kenactiv $60m market cap.
No telling if that price point is reasonable for Kenactiv's current fins.

If so, and Kenactiv has actual profits, then the new stock is no longer a penny lotto stock, as OPHI was.
In which case, P/S, P/E, etc apply, even on the pink market.

re: "low float...easily pop."
yes, that's what i said in the post to which you're replying.
my phrasing: "the only advantage of a small float is that there are fewer shares available during momo buying, meaning a bit of a boost to rallies."

the difference might be that you're envisioning 20x-50x momo squeeze runs that all pink traders dream about.
if this is trading above $1.00, i wouldn't expect to see momo pop more than 3x-5x above the strike price merited by P/E ratio of 10-20, as most pink traders won't psychologically perceive it as a "penny" stock at those price levels.

re: "Be patient and you may just be surprised!"
per this msg, and the one you replied to, it should be clear that i am still holding and cautiously optimistic, yes?

99.99% of all pinks are scams. Best to assume the other 0.01% are as well.
