The "battle" verses Barrick is JL's ONLY and has nothing to do with MSX....even JL said this in a recent post. Until the financial obligation is filled by MSX (which is impossible for multiple reasons) there is ZERO involvement with Barrick and MSX....if for some reason MSX tried to sue Barrick it would be a minimum of 10 years in court and a million dollars.
