Yes interesting indeed it will be here for USEI ...

but, since i am looking in the best interest of my investments, i have been looking for the proof you are talking about and i can not find it.... where can i find this proof of fraud or theft of $45K that is mentioned here !??

also, what is criminal exactly about traveling or vacationing !?

last i checked it is not....
it is only a normal thing that millions of people do on a regular basis all the time, all around the world, and that does not make anybody criminals....

Now: IF Mr. Miller stole said $45K from investors.... when, and only when a court of law convicts him, will he be guilty.... until such times, i only see the words of speculations here and nothing else. no proof, no courts, no trial, no convictions !!! only words....

If the CEO of USEI was involved in any illegal activities that put the investors best interests at risk, then lets have the SEC conduct the proper investigations and bring the facts to justice !!

I do have to say though, that if Mr. Miller is brought to justice and is found guilty of stealing money, then i will be the first one to expose his wrong doing publicly.... But Right now, there is nothing fraudulent or criminal to talk about here on the CEO of USEI.
