It is 100% clear and you are interpreting it correctly , however some people on this board believe there is something happening behind the "scenes" that we do not know . One is that there will be a goverment bail out and the other is that WANXIANG will infuse the stock. Did you hear Obama's speech on keeping green tech here in America ?
