It's a reasonable question and probably one that should have been asked on the last CC....While none of us probably know, my thought is that dilution will not occur. Implant has been financing through non dilutive measures as of late and will likely continue to do so, but this could depend on DMRJ. Additionally, we expect revenues to increase significantly with the TSA approval, which will reduce the need for financing. As a wildcard, if a partner emerges to license the technology or jointly develop additional products, upfront money could be had as well.

Indirectly, if DMRJ converts debt to equity as I believe is likely, indirect dilution would occur, but this would be a sign of confidence by DMRJ, if the terms are not absurd.
