Maybe someday the spread will change and this will trade , stranger things have happened.
When we see a spread like this, it means they don't want anyone buying ,
if and when someone(s) want action, we will most likely see 0.10-0.12 or so on the offer and available,
thats my guess of where someone(s) might start this sometime in the next year.
