When you get your CERT, on the left border is a black ink stamped with 11 digit number (Billions)
Your Cert will reflect when stamped (processed) the total amount of shares in CERT form issued, up to the day your CERT was issued. (No, not total O/S, but total shares issued by CERTS.)
