I think I'll come back in another 10 months (and there still will have been no merger).

As I said, an acquisition - with WMIH as the acquirer using its cash and credit line - is the only possibility this year.


I am certain that there will be a number of posters who will now gather around to howl me down at the campfire so they can continue telling fairy tales and pleasant bedtime stories, but - unless the IRS changes the rules - there still will be no merger in 2013.
