Perhaps if MSX gets nowhere with the BCSC and OSC, I would think a trip to NEW York would be the next step but only with OVERSHELMING evidence that barrick has been commiting FRAUD on MSX/JL titles of ownership at pascua

barrick trades on the american exchanges and if their canadian friends at bcsc and osc will not do anything due to lack of evidence...etc...

I would drag every one of them into Canadian Court and SUE all of them but only if JL is successful at law in Chile as in my opinion whatever is dealt out by the chilean courts v. barrick in chile will have to be upheld in canada, perhaps I am wrong here but only makes sense, Chile is not considered a Somalia like country and canada should not twist everything around for barricks advantage at law in this country but I guess anything is possible when you have alot of money, perhaps that money or some of it will come to MSX shareholders through a TOP SECRET DEAL with MSX
